Obituary for Gretchen Noble Deaton

Gretchen Noble Deaton, age 102, formerly of Perry County, KY passed away on November 01, 2018 at the Hospice of Okeechobee in Okeechobee, FL. Gretchen was a retired Postmaster, School Teacher and Deputy County Clerk. She was the daughter of the late Solomon Noble and the late Mattie Deaton Noble. She is also preceded in death by husband: Earl M. Deaton; infant son: Douglas; son: Earl Deaton Jr.; eight sisters: Odessa Joseph, Abrela Rose, Georgie Noble, Toddy Hayes, Mahalia Rose, Sara Rose & Melinda Deaton and one brother: George Noble.

She is survived by one daughter: Phyllis Folkens & Jimmy of FL; four grandchildren: James Earl Deaton, Monty Deaton, Susan Campbell Turner & Noel and Gary Douglas Campbell & Jerri; five great grandchildren: Scott Deaton, Matthew Deaton, Madison Deaton, Hannah Beth Turner & Hayden Turner along with a host of family & friends.
